The Zero Octa Group is a global organisation providing a range of outsource services primarily focusing on the travel and financial management sectors. Our clients include 15 of the worlds' top 25 airlines.
Our range of service/product offerings include a revenue recovery and protection service, a multi currency funds collections system, a refund application management service and the processing/management of all customer service enquiries and baggage claims for a major European airline.
All of these services rely heavily on the managing, manipulating and reporting of large volumes of data in a variety of formats.
