Orchestrate is a feature rich professional management tool designed for event managers.

- Record the details of each event, including client details, venue, venue contact and suppliers
- Manage the entire process from enquiry through supplier quotes and raising contracts / purchase orders for the clients, venues and suppliers
- Easily track the status of each event with contact, contract and follow-up management
- Set up standard letter templates using a Word-like editor to create professional looking templates incorporating images, fonts and colours. Embed parameters in the letters which are replaced by details of clients, venue contacts and suppliers when generated
- Send emails and create letters from within the application. These can either be ad hoc or you can use the standard letter templates to quickly and easily draft professional looking letters and emails to your clients, venue contacts and suppliers
- Seamless integration with MS Outlook means that all emails are sent from your Outlook account
- All letters and emails sent are automatically stored against the client, venue contact, supplier and event for future reference
- Ability to quickly print address labels for your clients, venue contacts and suppliers
- Mail shot tool enables you to send targeted mail shots to specific groups of clients, venues or suppliers using either letters or emails
- Ability to easily import your existing suppliers from Outlook or Excel spreadsheet
