- Set up standard letter templates using a Word-like editor to create professional looking templates incorporating images, fonts and colours. Embed parameters in the letters which are replaced by details of bookings/clients/contacts when generated
- Send emails and create letters from within the application. These can either be ad hoc or you can use the standard letter templates to quickly and easily draft professional looking letters and emails to your clients/contacts
- Seamless integration with MS Outlook means that all emails are sent from your Outlook account
- All letters and emails sent are automatically stored against the client/contact for future reference
- Ability to quickly print address labels for your clients/contacts
